A 6 week training program for beginners that is designed to gradually build up your running ability. Over the 6 weeks, Couch to 5K slowly ramps up the amount of time you spend running and cuts back the time you spend walking. Ultimately, finishing 3.1 miles at a pace that is comfortable for you. We will be meeting at the Georgetown Recreation Center front lobby area starting Thursday, January 2, 9, 16 , 23, 30, and February 6 from 5:30pm until 6:00pm.
